First coaster ever

Wild Mouse, BPB was my first ever coaster. I remember going on it sometime back in the 80's during a summer holiday and thinking beforehand it shouldn't be too scarey. I was wrong.
 
Something at American Adventure, Alton Towers or Drayton Manor... well, the kiddie/family coasters.
 
Fairly certain the name was Cannonball Junior, a Miler or Schiff coaster at Canobie Lake Park, back in the mid-70's.

I didn't get on Yankee Cannonball until the late 90's though!
 
The Mad Mouse at the Adelaide Showgrounds was my first, with my first looper being Demon at Wonderland Sydney.
 
Probably Dragen at TusenFryd or MinExpressen at Fårup. My first big coaster was ThunderCoaster, in 2005. Back when it was insane. It took a year before I went on a coaster again after that (not that I use to visit parks more than once a year...).
 
My first was dragons apprentice at legoland. I went on it a good 10 times in a row. I loved it but didn't go to another theme park for another 6 years! My first 'proper' coaster was nemesis inferno at thorpe.
 
I'm not sure about my "First coaster", most likely something at American Adventure, or Big Apple at WMSP, I can't remember too far back :?

My first "major" rollercoaster was Shockwave at Drayton Manor; which was surprisingly a big step for me back then; considering I had trouble braving myself to go on the smallest of coasters. And the fact it was Stand-Up was another factor which changed my view on rollercoasters forever, I was pretty much fearless after Shockwave.

Still to this day, riding Shockwave gives me anxious flashbacks from when I was 10 years old, shivvering in fear waiting for my first ever inverting coaster.

Shame I had to spend my first "major" ride on a rough, short, badly layed-out, bog-standard Intamin coaster which I have mixed thoughts about, yet I still have that ounce of nostalgia.
 
I'm almost certain it was Runaway Train at Ocean Beach, a now closed-down park in the delightful township of Rhyl. I'm quite pleased with that one, considering there's only one of them still operational, and that's in India.

I would've been about 6 years old I think, so it's going back to the mid 80s. My first inverting coaster was Corkscrew at Flamingoland when I was about 10. I was totally **** ting myself as well.
 
Mine was the roller coaster at Kiddie Park of San Antonio. Massive! :lol:

From what I can remember it was the Big Dipper at Blackpool. I was to scared to go on it so my brother rode with my dad, when they came off and were not hurt I then went on.
 
No idea. Probably Flying fish.

Pretty sure my first inversion was on corky though.

By torturing yourself with crappy, painful piece-of- **** contraptions and hating every second of it? How did that lead into becoming an enthusiast?
 
My first inversion was the Crazy Loop at Pleasure Island, back when it had a 1.2m height restriction. Then after a year or so it got raised to a 1.4m height restriction so I had to wait a while to get on it again. I really enjoyed it, probably because my head was too low to bang against the harness. I didn't know why the adults were making uch a fuss!

I bloody love that Pinfari piece of crap.

That was 9 years ago and I loved it at the time. Obviously though I wanted to find better stuff. Little did I know how easy that would be...
 
First coaster was Little Dipper at Castle Park, I think.

My first looping was Boomerang at Knott's. Needless to say, I stopped riding coasters for a while after that. :p
 
Jr. Gemini was my first. Either that, or an apple coaster at the fair.

First inversion was Corkscrew at Michigan's Adventure, and first launch was Rock n' Roller Coaster.
