Cyprus and Russia were amazing! And Sweden, Italy, Ukraine and France were okay in my opinion. Turkey was just painful though :(
This exactly, with the addition of Greece to the amazing side.

Which song was Greece again? I forget these things... :)

It was but you know what was even more painful? Bloody Albania and their cat haired lady.

I actually liked Sweden's entry, reminded me of something I would have listened to all the time in the late 90s/early 00s. Greece was good too and I quite liked Italy's entry.

All I can say is that I wouldn't mind a go on Greece's entry... ;)

I LOVED SWEDEN.

I also LOVED Russia.

And Greece. And Turkey. And Moldova. And Cyprus. And Iceland. And Norway. And Ukraine. And JEDWARD <3

You know what, it was actually just a sick year in general. Usually there's like, three songs I love, this year there was LOADS.

Although the former Yugoslav countries were all DREADFUL this year. Like, really bad. AS IF Albania and Serbia did that well. Joke.

And as IF Norway came that low, they were AWESOME <3

Russia was amazing, they should have won (though Sweden was pretty good too). I don't get the hate for Alabnia... it wasn't a "Eurovision spirit" song, but their singer had very solid vocal skills and it was well performed. We were awful as usual but we can't joke about how we came last again. Moldova's lyricist should be given an award for their hilariously awful lyric writing.

I think Malta's song was the best overall. Catchy and well sung, with an addictive little dance.

A few songs have actually gone into my library, which is unusual for me. France, Italy, Denmark, Germany and Malta all had pretty respectable songs, and I've stuck Turkey and Jedward in there for the lulz.
