Does the Canadas Wonderland Season Pass need to be used at the park first?

Yeah, so the title explains most of it.
My US trip 2024 had to be postponed (yet again) but is now finally taking place.
To save some money, I would get myself a Canadas Wonderlans Season Pass instead of e.g. a Cedar Point one, which shouldn't be an issue with it being app based.
However, do I have to use my Canada's Wonderland pass first at the park, before its valid at other parks? First park of the trip is SF Over Georgia, so it would be quite a drive to Toronto if they wouldn't let me in

Not sure how it'll work post SF/CF ....but a few years ago I got CW pass since it was supposed to be the first CF park on my road trip but since Kennywood still couldn't get Steel Curtain open, I swapped KW with CP, and was able to use my unprocessed Wonderland pass at CP. Sooo, yes it worked for me. But pre SF merge

Thank you for contacting Canada’s Wonderland. If you purchase a 2025 Gold or Prestige Pass with the 2025 All-Parks Passport Gold or Prestige Add-On, your first visit using the 2025 Gold Pass or Prestige Pass does not necessarily have to be at Canada’s Wonderland and/or the home park location.

Please be advised that Canada's Wonderland no longer issues physical Season Pass cards. Instead, once you have purchased a Season Pass on our website, you will be sent a confirmation email that will include your digital Season Pass voucher. As long as you have activated your pass (through www.canadaswonderland.com/activate) you can add it to our Mobile App or the App of the park you are planning to attend and use the virtual pass card each and every visit
