Difference between Gravity Group and Gravitykraft?

Doing a little research into Tayto Park on RCDB and noticed that the new coaster is listed under both of these manufacturers. Can anybody clarify the difference for me?

I've searched a little and the only thing I can find is that Gravitykraft is a sister company to GG. They also seem to be the company that produces the Timberliner trains. I don't get why RCDB only lists Twister, Roar-O-Saurus, Switchback and the Tayto one as Gravitykraft. Aren't there more coasters that use Timberliners?

To the About sections!

Gravitykraft said:
Gravitykraft Corp. is a sister company to The Gravity Group, LLC founded in 2008 to supply wooden roller coaster components. Currently Gravitykraft is launching the next-generation wooden roller coaster train – the Timberliner.

Gravity Group LLC said:
Founded in 2002, The Gravity Group, LLC has more design experience and expertise than any other wooden roller coaster design team. The core group of designers and engineers at The Gravity Group, LLC have their backgrounds in civil, structural and mechanical engineering. Their experience comes from work on over 40 different wooden roller coasters around the world. Each member of The Gravity Group, LLC has unique strengths and talents that foster the creation of roller coasters that are consistently ranked as the best in the world.

The Gravity Group's goal is to provide parks with the highest quality and best designed rides at an affordable price. The group focuses on doing business with integrity and establishing solid professional relationships with parks and suppliers.

In which case, it would appear that Gravity Group provides the design aspects of a roller coaster, and Gravitykraft supplies train components, such as the Timberliners.

I shot an email to GG asking for further insight. I'll share anything that comes back.

Just got back a response from GG:

Hi Matt,

Gravitykraft and The Gravity Group have the same four owners. The Gravity Group, LLC is an engineering design firm and handles the engineering and other professional services. Gravitykraft Corporation is a product supply company that produces turnkey coasters and of course Timberliner trains.

Have a great day.
