Surprised nobody has mention Shockwave at Drayton Manor yet. Never seen a coaster more like something you'd see on RCT in my life.
Drop, loop, zero-G, long straight bit to fit into the park, double corkscrew, turn around back to the station - still doing 300 miles an hour.
Even the station looks like it was designed using a coloured wild west set!
However, I suspect for older coasters, it's where Chris Sawyer actually got his ideas from for a lot of RCT anyway. You can always spot the parks he went to, and the rides he went on - they're like signatures in RCT (I don't know about Shockwave on that front to be honest though).
