Ciall's Birthday Day Bash - Advenure Island 20/02/09

Well, I'm back and have a massive headache, but I'm recovering. So, me, Ciall, Peter, Mark (Mushroom), Ollie and Ollie's Brother went to Southend for some fun at Adventure Island. 'Twas a very fun day wit lots of laughs and stuff that will be talked about in my proper trip report.

Yay. Had a great day today. Can't believe how many rides we did.
Just need to sort out my photos and video clips now. :)

What did you think of Over the Hill?
 
I loved it. I thought it was going to be pap (and it was). But the ending was BRILLIANT and caught the whole train off guard. :lol:
 
Finally back home!

M25 was annoying getting back. About 40-50 minute delays over the epic bridge, but to be expected on a Friday evening I guess...

I'm shattered now, but it was another great trip, full report to come tomorrow.

I've just looked through my seven POVs on Rage, and the first one was the best, meaning I fail. I may make a video, but I will put my 3 different Ride POVs on (Rage, Over the Hill, Mighty Mini Mega :lol: )

Nice seeing everyone, and how lovely of you all to stroke my console and try pushing my buttons. Oo-er.

CBA with a full TR, so I'll just say that it was very, very fun, I failed, Martyn Failed, Ollie failed and Peter failed. Mushroom failed epically with the woman in KFC :p

I spent £35, which is not bad considering entry, food, drink, ORP and chocolate fudge I brought :p

Only 25 times on rage for me as I took a rest with Mushy while the others went on. Over the Hill was meh up until the last part with the station which is epic. Me and Mushy scared the crap out of two girls infront of us on one of our rides and their ORP was amazing :p

Met AIG (Obviously) and I must say a huge well done to the Rage team who were dispatching trains every 10-15 seconds and even quicker with our trains which ensured our ride count on Rage was high.

I was the only one who didn't get ball crushing on Ramba Zamba as my restraint was so loose. Infact, it was so loose that I was standing up throughout the whole ride :p

Looked ace Cial! I wish I could have my birthday at a theme park but as it's in the off-season... No chance :lol:

I wasn't expecting Over the hills to be so well-themed! And I'd love to try Rage out at night, looks awesome lit-up. Some very good POV's too!
