It seems I've always been fairly lucky with parks after some of the stories both here and in Gavins recent TR.

The whole first week ran perfectly, so I still consider myself quite lucky in that regard. Over that length of time it's quite inevitable to miss something.
It probably gets exaggerated by the fact that so many parks out there have one 'absolute must ride' and then a lot of clone crap. If you don't get the thing you specifically made the effort for, it just feels that much worse.

True. And i did get that with the woodie at Happy Valley Wuhan but it wasn't quite so bad as my the S&S was open so didn't feel like such an utter let down.
