You'd probably gasp in horror at the mess of cables and even a few loose SSDs in my PC! It's kind of like the PC of Theseus whereby I've replaced pretty much every component at least once apart from the case and old hard drives. Maybe It's time to upgrade the 2060 now GPU prices are coming down.

I only have a gaming laptop, but I use a second monitor with it.

Wont be able to get the specs until Sunday since I'm gone all weekend

Oh I’ve been there mate…

Taking cheap used office PCs and upgrading the right parts to make it a reasonable gaming PC… Mustard and Ketchup cables, no extra space to store HDDs

Wait just a little longer if you can, the UK is some way behind Germany and other EU countries in terms of falling prices, due to the extra demand in the UK. And the 2060 is fine, I’d wait for the 4000 series rumoured to be coming in Autumn / Winter.

Name: Sky Surfer

Model: Gerstlauer Infinity (Swing Launch)

Platform: NoLimits 2

Mainly inspired by Schwur des Karnan, Fury and Mystic, my goal was to design a funky, unique layout mixing high, hangtime-loaded elements and low, intense transitions (with some tricks up its sleeves). This is definitely the strangest ride I’ve made in NL2 so far, but here, I enjoyed the opportunity to embrace the weird.

Statistics:
Max Height: 167.28ft / 51m
Max Speed: 68.8mph / 110.8kmh
Length: 4427.46ft / 1349.49m (including storage)
Inversions: 7 (Jojo Roll, Twisted In-Line Rollback, Immelmann Stall, Slanted “Non-Inverting” Loop, Corkscrew, Cutback Stall Downdrop, Corkscrew)

@Matt N, I didn't realize that both of our rides have the same first element until now - I wasn't trying to copy you, my apologies...

Special thanks to @CrashCoaster for inspiring the beyond-vertical top hat ;)

And special thanks to Ticatoc for inspiring the Cutback Stall Downdrop ;)

After hearing the constructive criticism about my entry last round, I decided to make something unorthodox and crazy for this round. I'm very excited to see the wild layouts that you all are making!

*Edit* I have re-recorded the video as it was the in game auto-save which made the original POV all choppy. Hopefully this will work.

Any objections to me adding another day on, purely for selfish reasons?

(Was in Poland this week, had expected to get some time to try and build something on my Steam Deck in the evenings, but @emoo decided I was getting drunk instead!!!)

The POV and Off-ride: Skip to 2:30 for off-ride (sorry didn't have much time to edit)
You have some extra time (assuming nobody minds) if you want to re-render your video :)

Your coaster looks like an absolute beast, but that video rendering does it no justice, and I'd hate for people to unfairly judge it based on that.

(Or is it just me that the video is extremely choppy for?)

I was hoping it would just be processing, but I have just come back to see it all choppy (sigh)

I think it's because my Nvidia recorder exports it in a odd format. Oh well, teaches me to not rush things and export it the proper way!

I will re-upload the video tomorrow

I use the Nvidia GeforceNow recorder. But then I run it quickly through Premier Rush and render it to a youtube friendly format.

My coaster is Cherufes Revenge.

The Smiler is not my favourite coaster but I love the idea of so much in a small space, this 17 inverting coaster is its bigger brother, taking my favourite elements of Gerst and my own odd ideas, hope you enjoy.

Here is my creation. I'll be honest, just before uploading I realised that I didn't stick to the minimum length, my coaster is just a little too short. And with being busy starting a new job this week I could not and didn't take the time to fix this.

This coaster has four inversions, including a Fenix inspired stall-loop, and some airtime moments. I'll probably get a penalty for not sticking to the constraints completely, but I hope you guys like it for what it is.

Didn't quite achieve what I set out to do on this one (boo, track switches), but here's what happened.

Height: 200ft
Length: 5,480ft
Max Speed: 74.1Mph
Inversions: 8

And, as everyone seems to like doing the inversion thing:
Corkscrew, Step Up Under Down Over Flip, Finnish Dive Loop, Aubergine Roll, Abracadabra Roll, Corkscrew.

I ended up making things more difficult for myself trying to meet the requirements (Propulsion: Lift Hill, Max Height: 175ft, Min Height: 120ft, Min Length: 4000ft, Compulsory Element/s: Interlocking corkscrews) on a self imposed rather small footprint, but I think it's turned out all right in the end and I managed to meet the requirements. I'd made most of the pier for fun quite some while ago so for this I just removed some flat rides that were at the end and replaced that with a space just large enough for this coaster. Some finishing touches with a little victorian / steampunk theming and here we have: Pier Pressure

Submitting it now for Pier review....
