Can you sleep after a day of amusement parking?

This. I'm usually having trouble sleeping the night before if it's a new park for me because I am too excited to go.

This is my problem, , it can take me ages to get off the night before.

But regardless of my previous night sleep, I`m always KO`d by the time I get home and if I don`t go straight to bed then I`ll nod off on the sofa.

Ditto to the night before thing...always too hyped up...and I always have energy in the morning.
