California's isn't as good. Don't ask me why now since I can't remember details, but it lacked something compared to the other two.

I don’t know if this is it, but looking at a POV, it does seem to conspicuously lack fire compared to the Florida version, with the brilliant false ending being entirely absent:

To me, it also seems shorter than the Florida version based on that POV.
