Best Park

You have your opinion, but I think the majority of people think that there are more than just 2-3 good coasters at Magic Mountain. I think there are 2-4 very good coasters with another 4-5 good ones & I also think more opinions will fall within those ranges than within yours.

Still doesn't mean that I can't point out the flaws in your opinion & the righteousness of mine. :P

Magic Mountain isn't even the best Six Flags park, so there's no way that you could be right anyway. ;)

The music really adds nothing to X2 in my opinion. It's a great coaster no matter how you look at it.

The best park is SFMM in my opinion is because of the amount of rides. Apocalypse is mediocre at best, I don't understand why everyone loves it, but you have Tatsu, great flyer, Batman, one of my all time favorite ride experiences, Goliath, still an extremely fun hyper, Ninja, a classic, Colossus, another classic, and the list continues. Cedar Point is the one that compares, but the selection isn't that varied.

Other parks I fell in love with are Six Flags Great America and over Texas. Great America I just love the theming and detail in different parts of the park, despite no great rides. Over Texas might have the best selection or rides though. Titan is awesome, Batman clone, Bobsled which is quite fun, Mindbender was one of the biggest surprise coasters I have ever been on, Mr. Freeze which is always praised (still missing it, spited twice now), and of course, New Texas Giant. The problem is there is no room to expand and it is already quite cramped.

You obviously visited the park before X-Flight opened.

I would say SFGAmerica became a better bark with X-Flight. I haven't been, but i would love to spend a summer going to every six flags park in the country (as well as a stop at CP), and I have been TRYING SO HARD to go to SFMM.

For coasters, it's Magic Mountain for me. I didn't find it to be quantity over quality either; that's Cedar Point quite frankly.

For atmosphere and theming, then it has to be Tokyo DisneySea. The coasters are crap, and there aren't a huge number of other rides - though what they have are excellent - but for a fully-immersive experience, I've yet to find better.

Looking at an overall package of coasters and atmosphere, then BGW is probably the one to beat for me.
