Revenge of the Mummy in Florida <3 One of the most fun coasters around, I think.
Lost Coaster and Thunderation get honourable mentions because even though they don't go backwards, you can sit backwards on them (or use to be able to in the case of Thunderation).
Everest is the easy choice for me. I love the broken track and then the yeti shadow. Plus I thought the helix in the mountain was actually great. Mummy is a definite second, and I haven't really ridden any other backwards coasters worth mentioning except perhaps Mr. Freeze which is good fun.
Firechaser was really fun. I just loved that showroom.
Impulses are always fun. I'm especially fond of V2 w/o the holding brake, as you get quite a bit of negative Gs on the back spike. namtaB was pretty neat too, especially at night.
I remember SFGAm also did Viper backwards for some time, although I don't really remember too much other than it was really fun. I'm sure I'd like it even more now if I had the chance.
Expedition Everest is a fun experience, Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast is also a blast (pun intended), I've ridden both of the Freeze clones and can't get enough whenever I'm at either of those parks. Impulses are kind of meh, but they can be fun, especially if they have a holding brake. Never done namtaB or any originally forward facing coaster put backwards for a limited time.
Well I guess Shockwave at drayton manor would be great fun (yes, they allowed enthusiast groups to ride their standup coaster backwards? Haven't done it myself though)

I managed to get a few backwards rides on Drayton Manor's Shockwave. It wasn't particularly comfortable having your face squished against the headrest, but the inline twist ("Rifle Barrel Spiral") was awesome when ridden backwards (it's pretty much my favourite inversion anyhow).
Expedition Everest is probably the only coaster with a backwards section that I enjoyed.
The family boomerangs aren't too bad either come to think of it, but most of the time going backwards just makes me want to vomit. I never got a chance to try Swarm backwards which I'm a bit gutted about.
