Another Dungeons Question: Extremis.

Hey all,

I'm hoping there's somebody on here who can help me out with this. Basically, does anybody know the manufacturer of Extremis. I've searched in a few places now (he obvious places and also from some of the Attraction's Employees) and nobody can give me a definitive answer to it. I've searched the main and obvious companies but none of them have any information on their websites, this could be (and more then likely is due to) confidentiality of the client and company.

Anyway, anybody any ideas?

They also claim to build Goliath at SixFlags Over Texas. Even though its called Titan. lol

Where does it say that? On their PDF thing on their Coaster page it says Titan?

What actually is extremis, I know it's a drop tower, and a very small one at that; what makes it different cause loads of people seem to say it's good?

Is it just that it has good airtime?

It's only about 15 feet high but it's one of the best drop towers ever. It's SOOOO powerful and you get loads of airtime.
There's also a little show you watch waiting at the top. But the sounds, lights and atmosphere make it feel amazing and the sudden drop in the dark gets you by suprise every time.
It's hard to describe it. I know quite a few people who have thought "It won't be that good" before going on it and then come off going "WOW!".
You just have to ride it to appreciate how good it is.

That's sounds pretty good, do you have to pay extra to get on or is it included with ticket price?

If you have an AP is it free?

The ride is part of the Dungeons so is included in the ticket price. It's at the end of the attraction as well so it ends with a bang.
And yes, if you have an AP you get in for free.
Sometimes when I'm in London with time to kill I do the Dungeons just to ride Extremis again haha.

I may start doing that too, I stood for a hour a few streets away with my AP and didn't go. How silly of me!

Yeah, just to agree. It's a fab little ride. It's SO powerful. It proves that when it comes to drop towers, height isn't everything. It's 8m tall with a drop height of around 7 or so. For the drop of around 2m, your arse doesn't touch the seat.
