Hi, I am going Alton towers tomorrow and I have a few queries about the Annual Pass. I have previously had an AP and a MAP, but not for one or two years.

-What time does the annual pass office close?
-If using a 2-for-1 will I get my money back for entry when buying one?

Just for some context I am using an employee lanyard to get 50% off, Im guessing I just show it to the person at the desk

I'm guessing that you'll need more than a lanyard, such as a photo ID card, to prove you're staff and get 50% off. Besides, Merlin staff discount is 25% if I recall correctly. I own a B&M lanyard but that doesn't prove that I work for them.

If you're not staff, you'll need the person who owns the lanyard with you to sign for it.

The discount is normally 25%. However I've read the employee manual thingy, and you can use it to get 50% off 2 annual passes and 25% off 5.
