Seems a little contrived to me but I suppose its a possibility. Not only does it severely limit creativity, it also forces us to accept the quality (good or bad) of the premade park. Also I'm not really sure who wants to put in the effort to make this park.

Well I think some of us would contribute to one section of the park each and we give them the plot of land. It wouldn't be a small plot of land, a good size (75x75) but the interaction would be key.
