Is there a chance of Energylandia picking up some stalled projects again now that there has been a change to a 'Pro-EU' government? Will funding be restarted/unfrozen?
Hansa!
In my opinion Heide only really has 2 good coasters in Colossos and Dämonen, the rest of the lineup is nothing to note. Whilst Hansa's top 3 are all very good, and pretty unique, Nessie is underrated.
Thanks for the report! It really is tragic how poor the offering is in East Germany, to say some of the biggest cities in the country are there. It's still recovering from reunification clearly. But there is hope, Plohn have announced expansion, Karl's have their new (albeit family) 'Bibi &...
Looks like the name is 'Mahuka', just announced on their instagram
18 meters high, 600 meters long and with a maximum speed of 67 km/h. That's Mahuka the Intamin Hot Racer coaster for
@WalibiRA with 13 airtimes moments with 2 launch moments and 3 inversions!

It's making fun of millions of avoidable deaths, would it be ok if I joked about the holocaust or slavery? I find it disturbing that a CF admin comments something like that, and has laughing reactions from other admins, whilst also being "wholly united" on other topics which "abuse people"

Trying not to enter conspiracy theory territory too much, but there is the possibility the Saudis have 'come to an agreement' with CP/Zamperla to stop them from breaking the height record. I don't think that's too unimaginable
Station size is one limitation, perhaps a park cannot fit a long train.
The layout has to work with the train length, if a coaster has a long train but very tight hills and/or elements close together, the front of the train may already be finished with element 1 and into element 2 before the...
The recent ElToroRyan video released speculates that the coding 'HP' used for the project could stand for 'High Point' and suggests CP will push to take the world record from KK. I was a little sceptical about Zamperla's involvement when he first announced it, but that seems to have come true...
I imagine they may just upgrade the specification on the weld, increase the radius by 20% or something, seen as that was the failure point. The rest of the support remains the same and Carowinds will improve their inspection routine to include checking the underside of support connections...
Are those corkscrews or tight airtime hills? Layout looks to lean to a Family Coaster, perhaps an intamin straddle launch? Intamin have hinted that they have more coming
The flagship park in Elstal (near Berlin) will be opening it's new SBF Visa Monorail coaster 'Wolken-Express' (Cloud Express) in the weather-themed area 'Wetterwelt' on July 8th.

Not to completely divert from the topic of this thread, but do we think the main factor in Gerstlauer roughness is the uncoventional support/footer design? Casting the base of the support to the concrete too early and not allowing adjustment in the track pieces? Or is it a fabrication problem...
I recently rode Stunt Fall at Parque Warner Madrid and was genuinely scared for my life. The restraint lock just felt spongy, I felt it slowly moving away from me as my whole bodyweight was against it on the reverse pull up the first spike. The additional seat belt feels old and brittle. Doesn't...
