The only two coasters I can remember greying out on have been Flight Deck at California's Great America, and on the helix of Goliath at SFMM.

If I pass a ride op whilst getting off/leaving a ride, I'll always give them a "Cheers" or a "Thank you", just like how I thank a bus driver when getting off a bus, or thanking the air stewards when getting off a plane.

I'm going to stick my vote in for Kos airport as the worst in the world... This was the queue just to get in to the terminal building. Once you do finally check in, you join the next queue to get through the one person on security, before entering what must be the world's smallest...
