Has S&S put anything in a Cedar Fair park in 'recent history'? The only thing I can think of are the towers, which would have been late 90's/early 00s. An S&S Free Fly, perhaps?

Thunderball. The term for the mushroom cloud that appears after a nuclear explosion (hence the Bond book/film in which nuclear weapons are stolen being called Thunderball). Would work for maybe a launch coaster or even a shot or drop tower.

It is, IMO, not worth it. Except for the Scenic Railway cred. The other rides are common fairground rides, Waltzers, scramblers etc. It's a shame because they have the classic, rare rides in storage, rotting away, whilst this tiny park can somehow justify taking up space for TWO identical...

Well, it's not going to fly off the tracks, is it? I presume the rain rule only applies when it actually is raining. I mean, the track is still going to be slippery after it rains, isn't it? If all roller coasters were shut down because the tracks a bit slippery, I can only presume British Rail...

I think Volcano looks good as well. I actually really like the purple used for the supports, but weirdly, even though the volcano itself is obscured, I think it would look ugly if the volcano wasn't there.

Come on, ROTJ has everything. You know it to be true. Best space battle? Check - battle of Endor. The Luke v Vader lightsaber battle is awesome, so is Vader's redemption (minus the special edition Noooooooo). Leia in a bikini - awesome. It also gave us Jabba, another plus.

I think the best looking coasters are the shiny, bright coloured B&Ms. The only bright colour one I don't like is Nitro. Hydra looks great, as do the black and yellow Batmans, and Leviathan, to name a few. Don't like the B&Ms with white/grey supports though, like Intimidator and Fury 325. For...

I think any plain white coaster looks ugly really. Especially when the rust starts to show. On the contrary, I really like white wooden coasters, in fact I think it looks better than natural wood.

It's got to be B&M stand up. The last new one was 1999, and two have already been converted to Floorless. If anything the dying out of the stand up has really bough Floorless coasters back. Outside of Asia the B&M flyers have died out really, I mean most outside of Asia were all in America...

Sometimes I wonder why some parks put in rides like this. I mean, how many people are now planning a trip to Universal because a Jimmy Fallon ride is being built? Surely this is a case where the thing that's getting people in tha park is the fact that a new ride exists, rather than the content...

Was very impressed with OL, did a ride in front seat, back seat and a middle row. Front seat was best for me, even preferred it over the back row. Fantastic ride and glad I got the opportunity to ride it.

Visiting next week, does anyone know any ideas for pricing of the smaller rides or the dark rides? And the price of Ice Mountain?
