I didn't even know this ride existed! Where is it?
Ha, i don't know. I guess because they hadn't announced anything i was hoping it would have more of a twist to it. And perhaps it still will.
Hmm, slightly sceptical about this mini flume now. That looks like the makings of a very small and basic layout without much space for theming but we'll see.
Can you access that area during the Xmas openings? Only seems to be C-Beebies Land/Mutiny Bay open this year so presumably they restrict access to other areas of the park? Or do they leave it open for the Rollercoaster Restaurant and Gardens?
Thanks! Just wondered if they were say every 10 minutes or more like 30+ minutes as i think he'd enjoy the monorail but not enough to wait that long.... and obviously we'd then need to get it back again with the car still at the park. Sounds like driving will be the more sensible option then.
Sorry for the boring question but i'm taking my disabled son to the Water Park for a 2pm swimming session on Friday. I was thinking we could pop in to the park for a few hours beforehand. Would the monorail be the quickest way to then get to the Water Park (and back) or would we be better off...
Went to Paulton's today. Still not a lot to see on the new ride site but they have been working on it, lots of diggers etc.
The overall site looks pretty small tbh, i don't see how they're going to fit much of a water ride there.
The Halloween theming is SO good at Paulton's though, makes the...
Ironically Rage at Southend Adventure Island broke down again today and was on BBC news :D
This is disappointing to hear (and another frustration with the app change as i tend to look at them for any patterns of behaviour eg a ride being closed for multiple days) as was hoping to go next...
I wasn't trying to start an argument so apologies if it came across that way, that just seemed a surprising explanation to me when they aren't doing it across the board. Perhaps it's predominantly attached to The Smiler incident as none of the other Merlin parks have such notoriety in recent...
Ha, i'm early 40s but definitely don't remember that, although not a red top reader. Even the things you mention seem quite niche though, the percentage of people frequenting Merlin based online communities is surely a tiny fraction of their audience and enthusiasts of any type are always going...
Why would only Alton do it? Chessington has multiple major rides down every day. And can't say i've ever seen mainstream reports of rides being down considering it's a daily occurrence.
