Kingda Ka and Green Lantern's removal for new 2026 record-breaking coaster

Is there yet any news about what kind of Record Breaking Launch Coaster will take the place of Kingda Ka?
May 20th is your date, when Six Flags will host an Investor Day at Cedar Point (https://blooloop.com/theme-park/news/six-flags-financial-results-investor-day/). Quote from the coverage:
Six Flags has also announced it will host an investor day at Cedar Point on 20 May, where it will “share our vision or the future of Six Flags”, Zimmerman said.

“I am so proud of everything our team has accomplished to date, and excited about the tremendous opportunities ahead for Six Flags,” he said.

I don't recognise that coaster at all. The centre of gravity has shifted & people wont know where to stand or aim.

Well this feels...weird

Ah, Viper... I had a love / hate relationship with that coaster. It only had a hate relationship with my spine tho... So glad that they reused the station in El Toro.

Out of curiosity, is anything going on on the site of this ride at present?

I only ask because it seems odd that we’ve got a giga Dive Coaster being built for 2026 with track already arriving down in Texas, yet we haven’t heard a peep about this “record-breaking” multi-launch coaster at Great Adventure.

It seems very peculiar… if it’s a large-scale coaster as billed, and is due to open next year, I’d imagine that at least some construction would have started by now, no?

Mabye the multi-records will be “Latest opening coaster in 2026” and “ Fastest construction of a rollercoaster” and we will get a launched zamperla volare that will open on the last day of the season😂
