This sounds really exciting! We definitely need a social media app for enthusiasts to connect. I'd love to hear how it gets on.

Another idea is a dating app for rollercoaster enthusiasts, especially as Tinder and Bumble doesn't let you set "Theme Parks" or "Rollercoasters" as your interests which is a pain as that's a key interest of mine. Facebook Dating is the only one that offers Amusement Parks as an option.

I'm assuming you're based over in the states, I'm aware of Single Riders but understand this is a US based app where there is no European user base (or very little if any).

I'm based over in the UK plus part of the LGBTQ community so very small circle

I can definitely count the amount of theme park enthusiasts on Tinder/Bumble/Hinge on my hand and I'm pretty sure I've matched/had talking stages with a few of them already and the others are those that would never match.
