Most New Creds in a Year

Somewhat inspired by the "Most Creds in a Day" topic, but this time it's extended to a year and only for new credits.

This year I got more coasters then my previous total. I was at 47 coming into this year and have gotten 50 this year.

In 2012, I got 33 new creds.

Since 2008 (when I joined CF) I've always tried to get at least 100 new credz each year. I came up short in 2010 due to the cancellation of the Euro Live and the epic back-to-back U.S. Lives, which ate up four summer weeks at 18 parks that I previously visited.
Here is the breakdown:
2008 - 150
2009 - 186
2010 - 27
2011 - 115
2012 - 154
2013 - 143 so far, but I still have three credz in Florida to pick up next month.
Don't think I'll ever beat 2009 unless I move to the Far East for a year. :lol:

I've broken my personal best this year with already riding 28 new coasters (4 in Prater, 4 in Tivoli Friheden, 9 in PBB, 8 in Alton Towers and 3 in Brean) so far. Could've got some few more when I went to Paris last week (school trip), but I opted to skip Jardin d'Acclimatation (my leg hurt like hell and I didn't feel like going alone to a park).
And considering that the year isn't over yet...

I really don't know the exact figures, but, I'd guess I got around 150 in 2008 (mostly from East Coast and a few UK parks) and around 120 in 2009 (mostly West Coast, France and Germany). Then probably got knocking on 100 in 2011 (Finland and the Far East).

I'll never match that sort of amount again, but, at the same time, don't really want to now.

I think I have ridden 82 new creds this year and about 75-80 last year. Still got Shambhala to ride this year so it will be 83 creds by the years end.

That'd be last year - US live + kennywood and cedar point (almost 100), parc st paul, asterix and jardin, brean, wicksteed, europa (wodan and blue fire were new for me), Port aventura (shambhala) and maybe a few others

18: Most of the Cedar Point creds and a few from Dorney.

2013
18: All the Universal Orlando creds, most of SFGAdv, and Cheetah Hunt.

I'm pretty sure it'd be 2010 thanks to two back-to-back US Lives plus Canada's Wonderland, Magic Mountain and probably others in Europe that I can't think of right now.

I'd guess I probably got between 150-175 new coasters that year.

Only just realised how many new creds, and I'm sure I will get just as many next year aha!

I've had a couple/few 100+ years.

Much more difficult and expensive to do that sort of thing now.

This year I only have 9 and nothing really points towards me increasing that number unless I somehow manage to get to Dorney Park or Knoebels opens Flying Turns. I find it amazing two of my top years came before I was 8, and I wasn't even tall enough to ride all the rides in 1999 xD.

I gained the most this year actually. 27. Coasters from Six Flags Great Adventure, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Six Flags America, and Luna Park, Coney Island. Not bad. Pretty sure I can't top in next year, unfortunately.
