I honestly didn't think I have been to quite that many capital cities until I thought about it some more:

Slovenia: Ljubljana (such surprise)
Austria: Vienna
Germany: Berlin
Denmark: Copenhagen
The Netherlands: Amsterdam
France: Paris
UK: London
Portugal: Lisbon
Italy: Rome
Switzerland: Bern (at least I think I've been there)
Liechtenstein: Vaduz
San Marino: San Marino
Vatican: Vatican City (does it count?)
Singapore: Singapore
Egypt: Cairo
Add Brussels to that list. I've also been to Madrid airport but I'm yet to visit the city itself, which is very likely to happen next Spring. :)

EDIT: Oh, and also Andorra La Vella. That's also new in 2016 for me.

Not a huge amount. London, Dublin, Paris, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen. St Helier if you want to count Jersey, and Riga if you want to count flight changes. I've been to Germany three times this year, and not done Berlin on any of them.
