What do you do with your Christmas dinner leftovers?

Hi guys. As most probably know, Christmas Day was 3 days ago, and while Christmas may have originally been intended to celebrate the birth of Christ, one thing it has increasingly become associated with is lots and lots of food. In most households, the main food event tends to be the Christmas dinner itself, and in many cases (certainly in my household and most other households I know, anyway), there’s always a good amount of food left over from Christmas dinner. With this in mind, I’d be interested to know; what do you do with your Christmas dinner leftovers? Whatever you eat on Christmas Day, what do you do with your spare food?

In our house, we had quite a traditional roast turkey dinner with vegetables, roast potatoes, stuffing etc, and within the last few years, our new tradition to use up the remaining Christmas dinner leftovers has been to have a repeat of Christmas dinner on Boxing Day and then have a turkey biryani on 27th December. The turkey curry is a relatively recent trend, but we’ve grown to look forward to it every Christmas within the last couple of years, and it is a delicious way to use up the remaining turkey!

But I’d be interested to know; what do you do with your Christmas dinner leftovers?

I deliberately plate up a duplicate course so I can have the exact same thing on Boxing Day. Always tastes better the day after too! Apart from that, I don't think there are any other leftovers.
