Weird theme parks

I love theme parks from the big massive parks like sfmm too the smaller, fun parks such as liseberg. There are some parks that I would say are perfectly normal theme parks like knotts berry farm (nothing strange or out of the ordinary about that park IMO). There are other parks that I would definitely say are quite weird sometimes in a good way or sometImes in a not so good way. Phantasialand would be my best example of a weird park that uses its weirdness too it's advantage to be one of my top 10 theme parks with some down right crazy rides such as there awesome rapids (3 drops, a whirlpool and a lift, best rapids in europe). I have never been to a park where there weirdness has spoiled my day, but there is one park that had some very weird things about that we're nice and some things that were more then a little weird. That park is Tripsdrill. Don't get me wrong, a lot of Tripsdrill was very nice but some things were just down right creepy, and anyone who has ridden there log flume will know what I am talking about. What weird parks have you visited?

As the OP refers to Phantasialand, then Efteling definitely deserves a mention. It's got a Donkey that **** gold coins, and a dark ride themed to terrorists and whores, plus many many other bizarre and "unique" features. It's awesome.

Not really a weird park, so this is slightly off topic, but the most **** ed up attraction I've ever seen at a theme park:

Crocodile Fishing! You buy sticks with hunks of meat attached and "fish" for cocodiles.

For an extra quid or so, you get to fish from a boat:

There's a non-ride park in southern Japan somewhere that is themed to Amsterdam, IIRC. It's got all kinds of "authentic" buildings and whatnot. That's pretty odd.

Ha, I was looking at that the other week, it looks amazing. Apparently there are some attractions hidden amongst it like 4D show etc but the fact that people are basically living in this fake Amsterdam in Japan is amazing.

It's a bit weak but Metroland was themed to... the 90's pretty much. Was a bit all over the place as well.

^^^The croc fishing was in Dam Sen Park just outside Ho Chi Minh City. Another park just down the road, Suoi Thien, also had it, but with a much bigger lake (well a whole series of lakes connected by bridges, with thousands of crocodiles altogether) but, sadly, no boat option.
