Toverland hotel - 2015

So somehow I didn't read about this until just now. Toverland are apparently going to build a hotel on site with the aim of opening it in 2015. Not much is known at the moment but it will have a restaurant, banquet facilities (I'm assuming a hall or two) and a spa.

Whereabouts would this be placed? I can't help thinking they need to kind of landscape the area Toverland sits on otherwise it's going to look like a gross flat piece of land with random buildings placed on it.

This will be the best hotel ever because it's in TOVERLAND. Everything TOVERLAND do is amazing especially those tin sheds with a few shiny lights in them. When the ride ops at TOVERLAND fart, it smells like Chanel No.5.
