Well, went to both parks recently, I'll add some photos soon!
Thorpe Park
Well, what a day! we hit Thorpe Early and got in with the first wave of people as the gates open, me and my sis legged it over to Colossus and what a ride! 10 Inversions is a sensation I can enjoy everytime, it was a awesome opening to the day, and what a sunny day! Nothings better than going over your 3rd Barrel Roll in broad hot sunshine, as soon as we got of the ride, we legged it (Stupidly) away from saw towards Nemesis Inferno, I Did NOT expect the amount of Gs on that loop PHWOAR!. Fantastic ride, still prefered Colossus but don't get me wrong Nemesis Inferno is wicked. Then we pounced over to Stealth, the que had already reached a reasonable 10-15mins but worth the wait, I've never been so anxious and tense in my life watching the red lights slowly countdown to green. What an acceleration! 0-80 in 1.8/1.9 secs, and you can feel it! Ignore all the bullshiz about it being a "mini Kindga Ka" it's a brilliant ride nonetheless! Ran over to Saw, heh. 4 Hour que anyone? Not for us thanks. I'm heading back out to Thorpe Park with my friend in about 3 weeks anyway, so I figured I'd ride it then. We then went on x/: No way out... "Was That It?" I remember the cart load saying when the ride came to a halt, yes it was our longest que so far, of about 45minutes. And it was terrible, I'm not going to lie, stop start stop start some boring storyline nobody actually cares about, Okai, so I might of enjoyed it more if I haven't of rode Colossus, Nemesis Inferno And Stealth beforehand, but it's not very good anyway, and for it to be classed as a "Extreme Thrill" is a joke! People who enjoyed it are people who don't ride big coasters, which is fine, I'm not insulting them, but for me I just didn't enjoy it. Okay, yes I did ride Flying Fish, because my mum declared it as the only ride she'll go on, so we did, and to be honest! It wasn't that bad! Better than No Way Out in my opinion and it got a bit of force. Not too shabby! Favourite Ride? Stealth Or Colossus.

Unfortunatly I can't post the Ride Picture of Nemesis cos Im not a member for 7 days, but I'll try see if I can use it as avatar!
EDIT: The ride picture of me and my sister on Nemesis Inferno is in my Avatar!

West Midlands Safari Park
What a good day out, okay it's not the most Thrillseeking place, or have the biggest rides, but we went there for my mums Birthday and it was a fun day! The Animal Drive through was immense! All them dears and wolves within 5ft of the car was a great experience, and the park afterwards was quite a bit of fun! And WOW Venom the drop tower was immense! The best thing about this place is there was only children and not many people rode the big rides, and it wasn't very populated anyway, you also had to pay for the rides so all in all ZERO QUES, we stayed on venom for a long long long time, we also rode Black Fly, a frisbee ride, not bad, but what a rubbish name! The fact the ride is themed to totem polls, and is called Black Fly, wth? lol, we also rode the madmouse ride, which was great bit of fun, okay, the park didn't have super fast accelerating rollercoaster over 400ft over 80mph with 5gs. But it was a fun place with zero ques, and venom was super! Favourite Ride: Venom/MadMouse.

Best Rides
Colossus - Thorpe Park - 10/10
Stealth - Thorpe Park - 10/10
Venom - West Midlands - 9/10
Mad Mouse Twister - West Midlands - 7/10

Glad you had a fun time!

Can I ask, have you not been to either of these parks before? That is the gist I got from your TR, just interested.

Ah cool, sorry to be so nosy but do you live in England? It's just such a massive shock to me that someone new on the forums had never been to Thorpe Park before and I want to get to the bottom of it haha =]

Good trip report, I felt the same as you the first time I went to Thorpe, thought Colossus and Stealth were the best rides. You say Saw had a 4 hour queue, can you get fast passes for it, and if so how much each?

I'm not going to lie, stop start stop start some boring storyline nobody actually cares about

Storyline?!?!?! There hasn't been a recognisable storyline on that ride for years. Only a couple of audio clips give any idea of a storyline.

And yeah, it's odd seeing someone on here who has only been to Thorpe once. And even more odd when you see someone giving colussus such a good rating! Did it not hurt at all?

Hey, yeah I live in England :p
No Way Out was dire
Saws Fasttrack que hasn't been built yet
And Colossus didn't hurt me at all the first time, I felt fine, but yeah the second time was a little bit rough, I'll admit it can be a bit of a bash, but I still think it's a really enjoyable ride, and if you've made it bas the Cobra inversion without hitting your head, the rest of the ride is painless. Great time though!

O ryte, thanks Ollie, I didn't know that it was open, I gathered they'd try get something for the summer, I also heard they have 8 carts more than 4 now, so surely thats halved the que time too?

I have only been to Thorpe once, and I went on Colossus three times and loved it, so much in fact it is in my top 10. This was before I became an enthusiast though and had as much interest as I have now. I am going again soon so I will be able to see if I feel it is rough now that I have rode more coasters.

And back onto Saw fasttrack, can you buy them from guest services then or whatever? And if so, how much are they?
