I was reading the website for the Wraysbury Dive Centre and saw that they have sunk a few things in the lake for trainee diver to go and explore. These include a bus, and strangely, some of the old Thorpe Park Ranger statues. Unfortunately, I can't find any pictures to share, so if I can sort out a trip I'll try and take some myself.
So has anyone else been surprised by theme park related stuff in the real world?
I remember someone saying that they heard the Colossus music in an episode of 24...things like that.
I also used to work for a model boat shop/chandlers in my student days in Windsor. We sold giant pirate statues that I've since seen in Blackpool (outside River Caves) and at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland (outside the sea-themed haunted house walkthough thing).
