On Friday night, I noticed a travelling fair was setting up nearish me at Wepre Park, Connah's Quay so today me and my dad went to check it out.
We arrived near opening time and already the usual car-park for this place was full so my dad had to park on a bit of grass next to the car-park. I headed over to the vertical spinny ride (have no idea what this kind of ride is called) which my dad didn't go on. Instead he took some off-ride photos of me on the ride.
The ejector airtime on this was insane and I wouldn't be surprised if there's cracks in the sides of my seat with the amount of times I was thrown into them. The ride cycle was surprisingly long for a travelling ride.
After that, I went on the Twister ride. It was between this and the Waltzers for oldest ride there. This had a long ride cycle again but unlike the Tir Prince twister, this only went in one direction. At some points on this ride I didn't feel very safe as whenever this took me near the edge of the ride area, It groaned heavily under the strain. Felt like it was going to come apart on me. My dad didn't go on this again so took more off-ride photos.
When it finally finished I headed straight to the Waltzers which again my dad didn't go on. Not sure he took any photos of me on this one. Again it had a long ride cycle and it span load. Fun though. When That finished, I went to try to take photos of the place. I took one photo and then my phone ran out of battery:

Me and my dad then tryed to have a round of golf on Wepre Park Golf course but that was shut and looked it had been for a while. Turned out the owner and left and they were looking for a new owner.
We walked back to the fair looking for lunch and found a place selling curry so we had some of that. Suprisingly, it was really nice. After food, I noticed the old disability group I used to be in had a stall up so I chatted to them for a bit. After that we left for home.
