Scariest moments

My first ever ride on Oblivion in 1998!

And, my first horror walk through, "Sheer Terror" at GYPB, **** cacked myself. That must have been around 2000.

My scariest moment was a few weeks back, when I was stuck at the top of Apocalypse at Drayton Manor. It didn't help that I was by myself, and the wind was pretty strong that day.

I have to say for me it was when I went on Detonator recently. It got to the top, it went 3, 2, 1. It didn't drop. We stayed there for 20 seconds, before finally dropping.
Later that day, I heard on Capital FM that someones little brother that day had been allowed to operate the ride, because he couldn't ride. He didn't press drop.
I nearly had a heart attack when it did finally drop...

Oh, and the infamous Duck from the Flume.

I once wandered into Forbidden Valley chatting to a mate, but I faced forwards just as we were passing the chain link fence and Nemesis roared past, I nearly **** a brick and dove out of the way, then my mates and random passers by just pointed and laughed.

not much comes close to:
3 - apocalypse (drayton) stand up floorless
2 - wild eagle (fort fun in germany)
1 - steeplechase (pbb) - looks tame, but hold tight!!

I was **** a brick on my very first ride of Top thrill Dragster. I remember sitting on the train looking at the launch track and the massive phallic top hat wondering how the **** I'm going to accommodate it.

Otherwise, massive drop towers have got the heart pumping.

My first ride on Oblivion, wow, that was something. I still got the feeling for years and years afterwards too.

Also, every time I ride the tea trays at Oakwood - pure terror.

First time on Oblivion, which was only two years ago caused minor hyperventilation. First time on apocalyspe last year also quite intense.

Going back to the old days, genuine fear and suspense whilst queuing for the Haunted House and Nemesis. Nightmare Niagra(?) at American Adventure was one of my earliest theme park memories as well, very scary.

When I was young (believe I was 10 or 11 years old), I was riding Serial Thriller and during the first inversion I heard a sound of something unlocking and while exiting I pushed my arms forward and the harness went with it.

Needless to say, rest of the ride I was screaming for dear life and pushing it back and forth like an idiot. Didnt set foot on that ride til Geauga Lakes closing weekend at the hands of Kinzel.

For me it has to be walking though the queue for Saw: the ride and the gun shots went off. I thought it was a real gun shot at first. Almost died of fright.

On the SCAD Tower the moment the cord snaps.

And the worlds tallest skycoaster in Florida is pretty scary when you're the top and I'm not even scared of heights lol.

My first time on Skyhawk (Cedar Point) I think I peed myself a bit. That thing has the strongest airtime of any flat i've ever been on. I was convinced that I was gonna be ripped from the restraints!

I would agree with that, you get on the horse expecting a nice relaxing 2 minutes, but reality is far from that, hold on for dear life.
I would say my first ride on Slammer was quite scary.
Also the Buffalo Coaster at Drayton a few years back, whilst riding the front row, approaching the helix over the lake there happened to be some birds perched on the track, one of which decided to play chicken with the ride, and came very close to hitting me in the head as it took off.

How in the hell did I forget about Seeplechase?!

Seeing SC Virgin's faces on it through the corners is HILAR.

Actually, I would like to add my ride on my first big-ish coaster, X: N W O. It wasn't the actual ride that scared me, it was the fact that my seatbelt opened on the first drop, and refused to close for the rest of the ride.

It has to be my first ride on Hang Over, a Vekoma invertigo (now Triops) at Liseberg as a kid. Was scared as hell!!

In my adult life I've probably never been that scared again :p but there are a couple of moments of fear:

-My first ride on a starflyer, I still hate them..
-Python at Efteling when the brakes didn't hit and we went straight through the station! I just kept thinking for the rest of the day what would've happend if there was another train waiting.. ><

Word. MF was another massive roller coaster that has you **** your pants on the way up. The size simply feels so foreign and unnatural. I did both after having waked up 10 minutes ahead of time with zero wait for my first time so I couldn't realize what I was doing.

As for most recent, X2. Headed up that lift hill backwards, only to drop face down simply makes you want to have gay anal sex.

Ohh I think Dragster was one of those scary moments for me! I started crying from the second I stepped into the queue. Keep in mind, I was twelve, but still!

Drop towers are also pretty bad for me. The one at Kings Island really scared me and the one at Kings Dominion almost made me sick.
