What system of radio contact do Theme Parks use between the "hub" and the engineers?

Alton, Chessie, Thorpe have about 5 channels that you can talk on and a set of call signs refering to what they want. I.e. Seara is Security. All radio users will have a call sign. There are channels for engineering, general chat... But its pretty much a two-way radio with a bloody long range. Im now rambling on...

They are just 2 way radios and control has a central hub that can hear everything. They are also on frequencies that the police cam pick up so we have to use proper codes and not mess around with them.
