Couple of things to make your time here more enjoyable...
1. The Q&A forum is for questions about theme parks and rides. If you have a question about anything to do with CoasterForce, you should post it in the Team Talk forum.
2. Can you try and use decent grammar, such as capital letters and full stops in the right place. You don't have to write perfectly, but a few simple changes will make your posts look tidier and people will take you more seriously.
3. To answer your questions, you can resize the images in a photo editing programme, such as MS Paint or Photoshop. Or you can cheat by asking somebody to make a signature banner for you. There are "shops" in the Advertisements forum.
