pokemon games: love or hate them

i personaly love pokemon games as their great for using up time

They're the best JRPGs ever made. They're also the only ones I can stand, but, they're also still awesome.

Red/Blue would have to be in my top five games of all time.

They're alright at best.

For the whole catching monsters and useing them to fight genre it's pretty meh. Shin Megami Tensei is the Grandfather of the Genre and by and incredbly substantial amount much better.

I used to love the old ones. I had Blue and Yellow. Then again this was when I loved the whole Pokemon craze and loved anything to do with the brand. However they are fun, addictive games which are awesome if you're trying to waste time.

I used to play the green and red ones. Not so much anymore...
