Just wondering what year the speakers on oblivion that said 'Dont Look Down' left because of noise?

2004 I believe, after the first infamous Ropers case where AT had the noise order put on them.

You could hardly hear the speakers when they were on anyway. And it was rubbish as it wasn't the "Don't look down" from the advert.

They got took off 'cos they made you scream.
'Cos hanging over a 180 foot 90 degree drop into a smoke filled tunnel didn't.

The one you've got on that vid though is from the advert. It wasn't the one used on the actual ride. And it said it just before you went over onto the holding section, not as it's about to drop you.
