No Limits: How to use packs on Vista?

I've downloaded some packs, but I don't get what you have to do to get the packs onto the game etc, so can someone please explain, do I need a pack extractor, or is that just for Macs?

If so, they you'll need the program to open them. I don't think it's Mac-exclusive... well, I use it on my XP system. I don't know whether it works on Vista too mind you.

I got mine from a link off NLDC, but that site has closed down now. You'd have to try Google.

just extract the files then run it it should work because i have vista and it has worked for me.

Vista is a PC :S I found a "perfect Kingda Ka" imulator and I want to use it but, yeh I'll try that link should I XD

Also, there's probably 10 Kingda Da recreations that claim to be perfect. I've viewed them, and they aren't anywhere close, theming and trackwork wise.
