OK, no. I don't want to sound like I'm the boss, or an enforcer, but all CF No Limits competitions must be run through Loefet (and I to some extent). If this is a genuine prize, not something that any of us could just download with Google and a bit of sense, then PM either me or Loefet and we'll look into setting up an official competition.

If not, then please let us know too, so this thread can be locked.

I don't want to sound like I'm bossing you around, and you're perfectly welcome to run the competition, it's just we have to have a bit more information about the judging criteria, scoring system and prize. So please get back to one of us, either in the thread, or by PM.

This.

And if you're going to do a competition anyways, you can just say "Do this and this and this then give it to me." no, that just doesn't work. You need to have very specific rules about the contest, normally the ride must be built inside of set boundaries, and the station in a bounding area within that boundary, then a set of force rules comes into play, or track length, or height limits, and so on and so forth.

This site in particular likes to exercise the rule of "No Tools", or basically you can only handbuild the ride (which I think is total BS, not that I can't handbuild well, it's that it's boring and no fun to me) as well. You also didn't mention how the rides would be scored, and who is going to judge them (although not always spoken) or any bonus categories. Bonus categories make the whole contest more fun, such as you have to build the ride to go through hoops, or inside a specific bounding box outside of the building area, and no supports can touch the ground outside of either box, and so on and so forth.

It is in my opinion that this is a poorly constructed contest, and won't be very successful.
