How come they haven't pack their rides down for Winter?

Well most parks pack all their rides down for winter, so why should this one be any different. Its not like its hard for them to as they are ALL travelling rides.

Whats the deal with this place now anywayz? Is it now a permant amusment park? Opening every year?
