Day 1: SDC- Moonlight Madness

Well this morning I got up at 6:00, walked around my room quietly being sure nothing was left for my trip to Branson. I got some Pop-Tarts and some Cokes, and my dad and I hit the road. One 7 hour long car ride later, we were in Branson. We arrived at the Fairfield, both very exhausted. We laid down and rested for about an hour. I looked at the clock which said 2:30. I had remembered reading multiple Silver Dollar City signs saying "Come at 3, next day free!". I thought it would be nice to head over considering I could go two days for almost the same price as one. It sounded very nice. So I asked my dad, and he said it sounded good. We then drove over to SDC. I immediately started to compare to Dollywood so I am going to do a full comparison to Dollywood. Parking is far better at SDC. We quickly got into the park without difficulty, and just loved it immediately! SDC is my favorite park because of the nice workers and atmosphere. Another Dollywood competition, I prefer SDC's overall atmosphere because it just feels more homey. I like the Ozarks and demonstrations to help also. I enjoy Dollywood's atmosphere, but it has nothing on SDC's. I saw Thunderation's line was very surprisingly long. I decided to go get a Traillazer pass. I then hoped onto Thunderation.

Thunderation- Thunderation starts out as a surprise. It takes no time to start up and has some strong and fun turns. The helix is very good and gets pretty intense in the tunnel. The ride then goes downhill while going up the lift hill. You realize how short the ride is. The ride ends a bit too abruptly. While the Ozarks are nice to look at on the hill, it is pretty boring. After the hill, it takes a small drop and goes into the station. A short ride but a good one. A very good mine train. While not as good as Adventure Express. It is better than Cedar Creek. 7.5/10. I am going to quickly compare it to Dollywood's Tennessee Tornado to compare SDC and Dollywood's rides. Tennessee Tornado wins by far.

After leaving Thunderation, I heard Amazing Grace nearby so I stopped and sat down for a very good show. I left the show and looked for my way towards Powder Keg. I asked a nice woman who worked there who showed me the way. I walked under the railroad to see Wildfire's entrance. I decided to go ahead and ride. After a long walk to the actual entrance, I went through the gift shop to the exit to see a beautiful view of the ride. I was excited to ride and wasn't disappointed.

Wildfire- I went for the front seat. I strapped in and it took off. The lift was good with a nice view however it was nothing compared to the drop. The view on the drop was miraculous. You could see miles away in the beautiful Ozarks. The drop and first inversion were both surprisingly forceful following with a very good loop and cobra roll. The rest was a little rough but nothing too bad, just rough for B&M. I really enjoyed Wildfire for the pretty view and nice layout. 9/10. Also, Wildfire over Wild Eagle by far.

After my ride on Wildfire, I went back to the entrance heading for Powder Keg. Powder Keg looked very good when I saw. It looked like a good launch with some great airtime. It was a little less than expected.

Powder Keg- I decided to go for front seat on this one for the launch. I sat down and noticed the familiar S&S restraints. It was strange on a coaster but I quickly forgot when it took off onto the little track changer. It went up to the launch, and I heard the fun little audio. It went ahead onto the platform. I was waiting for it to be a while before the launch, but it took off very quickly and took me off guard. The launch is one of the best I've ridden. It is very intense and quick, not as good as Stealth or TTD but better than Kingda Ka. The hill had ok airtime, not as good as expected. The rest of the ride was what I expected but less. The airtime was very meh, but the intensity does stay strong. It slows down quite abruptly then goes into a lift. I didn't get why they ruined the speed yet I do. I get that it was originally a water coaster, but they could have kept the speed from the launch and done something much better, but I need to except it as it is. After the lift is a drop and turn, not much else. The ride up front is very intense but not as good as Wildfire and a bit underwhelming. 8.5/10. Powder Keg over Mystery Mine barely.

I saw Fire in The Hole next door and thought why not. I saw very wet seats and realized that water was on the final drop so I went for back seat.

Fire in The Hole- Fire in The Hole is exactly like Blazing Fury in almost every way except just not quite as good in every single way. Every drop seemed out of place and whenever a scene came up on Fire in The Hole it seemed like something was missing. I feel Blazing Fury kind of perfected the way a slow movie dark ride coaster should be done. I enjoyed Fire in The Hole, but it was no Blazing Fury. 6.5/10 Obviously, Blazing Fury over Fire in The Hole.

Fire in The Hole was my 99th credit, and I was ready for Outlaw Run. I started on my way as my heart started to pump. Outlaw Run is THE ride on this trip, and I was so excited to ride it. I lined up for back seat and was so excited. Outlaw Run without a doubt met those expectations.

Outlaw Run- Wow. An amazing ride! It is the best ride I have ever ridden. It didn't quite beat Beast for my favorite, but it is an unbelievable #2. I strapped in and started the chase for the Outlaws. The hill was over almost too quickly and didn't give me enough time to get excited. The drop was fan- **** -tastic! It is right behind MF's first drop, but better than El Toro's. The almost inversion maneuver was fun and very intense. The hill afterward gave great airtime, but my favorite hill was the maneuver under the lift. It gave a very unique experience. The banked turn was strange but great airtime. After that, was another airtime hill, but the best thing is what everyone remembers, the double heartline rolls. These are like the knots on a ribbon even though the ribbon is good without the knots but the ribbon is made by the knots. I also felt that they felt like they should be there and they aren't forced. It is an unbelievable ride that I love and is in my top 3. A perfect 100th coaster. 10/10 Outlaw Run over Thunderhead of course.

I looked at my Trailblazer pass and saw three dots (rides) left. I decided to re-ride Wildfire and Powder Keg. I went to Powder Keg first for the back.

Powder Keg (back)- Powder Keg is much better in the back in my opinion in most ways like airtime and intensity. Even the final drop and turn seemed to be more intense with better airtime. In the back it is 9/10, Front is 8.5/10

I went back to Wildfire for my last two re-rides. I went on the back with Wildfire

Wildfire (back)- the back is better in some ways and worse in others. It has more airtime and whips through the inversions. It also seemed much smoother. While it seems all the positives point to the back, the front might be better for the speed and, most of all, view. I probably prefer the front even with the rougher ride. Both rides are 9/10.

I headed back to the exit, calling it a day. I found the exit and looked forward to coming back tomorrow. I saw the parking and walked to the car. I left very glad that I had gone to Moonlight Madness as it was lots of fun. SDC is definitely my favorite park for all the reasons I listed above. SDC is just a friendly, beautiful, and fun park! I love it. It is much better than Dollywood and beat Cedar Point for being just an amazing park with lots of unique things to do. I can't wait for tomorrow to come back and see more shows and demonstrations.

Afterwards, I had a nice sushi dinner at Mitso Neko, a fantastic sushi restaurant, then headed back to the hotel. It was great day and can't wait for tomorrow.

Missouri Trip- Day 2: SDC and WoF

Part 1: SDC
I got up this morning at 6:00. I was exhausted. I heard some loud thunder and realized that it was going to be a rainy day. I asked my dad to wake me up at 8 and went back to sleep. At 8, I woke up and got out of bed, feeling much better. I was looking forward to an Outlaw Run re-ride. I went down to get a complimentary breakfast. While eating my eggs and sausage, I thought of the day and what I would ride. Suddenly, a group of people got up with AYO! on their shirts. They announced they had a show in Branson and wanted people to come. They had gone all around the country and to Europe also. They gave a little taste of show with a song. They had unbelievable voices. Had I had more time in Branson, I might have gone. I looked outside to see that the rain had stopped but the clouds didn't look good. I thought that there might be some thunder but the visit is free from yesterday's ticket. We went upstairs and got our bags. We packed up and hit the road. We went beside Ozark Wildcat (looks very good) and got a few quick pics. We arrived at SDC's parking lot and saw not too many cars. The day was looking good. I felt it would be a day full of re-rides and maybe a few shows. It was the exact opposite of what I expected.

When I got to the park, I raced towards Outlaw Run. I arrived at Wilson's Farm to see a closes Giant Swing and Outlaw Run. I asked someone what rides were open. The open rides were Fire-In-The-Hole and Flooded Mine. I raced towards Fire-In-The-Hole before everyone else. I was too late. The wait was at least 30 minutes with one train operation and a line out of the queue and up the hill. I decided to go to Flooded Mine. I walked up the hill to Flooded Mine. The line wasn't bad. It was probably about 5 minutes. I was with my dad for his first ride of the trip. I got put on the back seat (or 5th cell) and the ride took off.

Flooded Mine- a very fun shoot-em-up. One of my favorites actually. Very long and lots of targets. The first time, I got 2100 (that isn't the best). My dad got 108600 (great). He got 100000 points by shooting the person escaping the prison in the ending scene (tip: always shoot the people and even things without targets. They are worth the most). When the ride went out on the side of the building outside, we saw rain. I asked the person operating the ride if anything had opened up, and he said no so we re-rode it. I got 8700, the second time with much better technique. My dad got 7600. Neither of us hit the prisoner quite right in the final scene.

After riding it the second time, the rain had stopped so we moved on. We went back to Fire-In-The-Hole to see an outrageous queue. I decided to skip it again. With nothing open, I took tons of nice photos around the park. One of Wildfire is so beautiful, I was blown away. After the pictures, I looked for other rides open. It was 11:30. Me and my dad were getting hungry. We decided to go to a nearby rib house. I got the chicken which was adequate at best. We sat under the trees and just took in the beauty of the parks. After I was done, I checked Outlaw Run. It wasn't open but the queue was full of people waiting to just get on. I didn't join them. We were walking back from Outlaw when we suddenly heard a train whistle. We raced toward the station and arrived to a building full of people. We queued up outside the building. The train was in the station. Everybody was ready to get on. The train suddenly took off without passengers. I knew it was obviously testing, but everybody in lined was so confused and mad. After 20 minutes, it returned and loaded up.

Train- The train is certainly the best I've ridden. The first part has nice views with the only Outlaw photo op that isn't the lift. The train then slows down and a funny show occurs. The show is that corny kind of fun you expect from SDC and just a blast. Afterwards is nothing much just a ride past Outlaw angina and right into the station. Definitely ride this one.

I was hoping that something was open. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Wildfire and Powder Keg were open. I headed to Wildfire for a re-ride. I got into line and saw a 10 minute wait. The wait moved B&M 2 train fast. I got onto the back of the train left side. It was certainly the best ride I've had on it.

Wildfire- my Wildfire review from day 1 in the back seat is the same experience as this one so refer to there.

I got two more rides on Wildfire all in back. I decided the Wildfire is probably better than Hulk putting it at #12. I went to Powder Keg to check the line. It wasn't moving and it was out of the full queue. I decided to skip it. It wasn't worth the wait. I then headed to Outlaw hoping it would be open. I looked at the wait sign which read 90 minutes. I was certainly disappointed. I then realized why it was so high when I heard people cheer for the first test of the day. We saw it was 2 so we headed back to the exit, getting another ride on Wildfire putting my Wildfire count to 7. We then looked to see if Marvel Cave was open. It was not, sadly, but we didn't dwell. We, instead, left for Worlds of Fun.

Part 2, coming soon.

Re: Missouri Trip- Day 2: SDC & WoF

Missouri Trip- Day 2: SDC & WoF

Part 2: WoF

After leaving SDC, we headed north to Kansas City. I got out my phone to check the weather and was disappointed to see Thunderstorms on Tuesday. It didn't look good. I saw that all afternoon it was very sunny and 99 degrees. I looked at the ticket website and saw that they had an after 4 pm twilight deal. So, my dad and I decided to go to WoF this evening. 3 hours later, Mamba was in sight. We arrived at our hotel and put our stuff in the room. We got going very soon after. I saw it was 5:30 so there was no time to waste.

We arrived at the park to a big crowd. I saw lots of school T-Shirts and realize it was some sort of parade day. I got a Fast Lane because the crowds were large. I went towards Spinning Dragons and decided to hop on.

Spinning Dragons- This ride has the smallest and worst station in existence. There, now to the ride. It was a lot of fun. I like these Gersty spinners, they are far better spinning Wild Mice and have decent layouts. It starts of with some pretty strong brakes at the beginning up to the lift. The rest are some very intense turns are spirals. The last hills gave decent airtime actually. Fun, yes, one of the best, no. 7.5/10

After riding the Dragons, I had only one rode in mind, Patriot. We ran to Patriot and got a quick pic then got to the ride.

Patriot- I saw three people on front row, about my age, so I went there. The train got in, and I got on. I was on the left and was ready to go. The ride took off onto the lift. The ride let me off the lift and dropped. The drop was a good B&M invert drop, the best I've ridden on an invert. The loop was wider than say on Batman, but it was fast and smooth. Next came the Zero-G-Roll, I didn't feel it. I think it was my place on the front but I missed it. There wasn't any weightlessness. Well, after being disappointed, the ride went over an immelmann, and down to the ground. The rest was nice, smooth, and intense at times but good. I would say over Nemesis Inferno but below Batman. 8.5/10

I left Patriot and saw Timber Wolf in the distance. I didn't know what to think, is it worth a Cred. I doubted going on it, but my dad said I should ride it to get the Cred so I won't regret it later on. I hoped on and rode it. Is it bad to say, I really liked it.

Timber Wolf- The ride started with a drop to the lift. After the lift, I was afraid of the tough ride ahead. The first drop came and it wasn't that rough. The rest of the ride was full of airtime and lots of it. When it hit the brakes the girl beside me asked if I hated it, and I said that I actually liked it and I do. It is one of the better old woodies I've ridden. 8/10.

When I exited Timber Wolf, I saw Thunderhawk. I decided to hop on.

Thunderhawk- It broke.

After being disappointed, I went towards Cosmic Coaster. I saw Cyclone Sam's and was excited to ride. I got on.

Cyclone Sam's- my new favorite flat ride. It is a blast with strobe lights, cows, a good preshow, and loads of airtime (yes). It is fast and just a blast. If at Worlds of Fun you must ride!

I was done with the fun Cyclone Sam when I saw Cosmic coaster. I got on.

Cosmic Coaster- my first Big Apple, and it is just that. 1/10

After getting off Cosmic Coaster, I saw Detonator and thought, why not?

Detanator- I got on Detonator with a view of Mamba and Kansas City. Detonator went into the air to set up anticipation. It took off with decent force then came crazy and strangely rough airtime at the top, the rest is little hops that no one likes. This is one of the worse Space Shots I've ridden even with the airtime. 7/10

After Detonator, I went into Africa (the best of the lands in the park by far) to Mamba. I arrived at Mamba to see slow 2 train operation and an outrageous front seat line. I went for the back. Then someone asked if I had ridden it. I said no. Then they just said, "Dude, you're **** ed. They said lots of time while the train left the station. I wasn't really worried though.

Mamba- the lift hill was quite long an never seemed to stop, but the view was very nice. At the end of the lift was the drop. It was a good drop and very fast even though the airtime wasn't good. The around hill didn't have any airtime either. The helix was not really intense at all. The only good part of the helix was the headchoppers at the bottom. After the helix, came the first thing of good airtime. After the brake was just floater airtime galore! This was probably not as good as B&M floater. While the floater was a bit ackward, it was still airtime. The ride is fast and pretty fun. 8/10

After Mamba, I credit whored big time with Boomerang.

Boomerang- I went as far forward as I could in order to get on the next ride. I got on the 3rd row. Boomerang was **** , complete and utter **** . It is just rough! I hated it. Worst boomerang I've ridden. I would explain the experience but you know it. 2/10

After getting beat up, I went towards the most hyped ride in WoF. I went past a large a parade of students. I went to re station and got in line or the back.

Prowler- After multiple trains wait, I got on the ride. It twisted into the lift and went up. After the lift was just insanity. That is the only way to explain it, insanity and airtime. It was the best GCI I've ridden and beat Thunderhead out of the top 10. I can't really explain the experience, I just loved it. That is why I love GCI. They are just twisted messes and I love it! Best ride in the park. 9.5/10

After Prowler, I decided to give Patriot another try in the back. I went past the main entrance and onto Patriot.

Patriot (back)- the ride was similar to the front seat except it beat Batman for my favorite invert for one reason, the Zero-G-Roll. I know what all the buzz is about and, yes, it is fantastic. It is Zero-G. The rest of the ride in the back is great too. It is more intense and just whips you around that course. So yes, the back is the place to be. 9/10.

My dad and I were getting hungry so we want to All Stars Grill. It had a nice view of the flume and they said our food would be ready in 10 minutes so I headed to the flume for a quick ride.

Viking Voyager- a fun flume with some nice views and one blek drop. I would ride it again and it helped in the 100 degree sun. They were letting people re-ride but I got off to eat. 5/10

I went back and ate my chicken. It was good and actually better than the restaurant at SDC. After dinner, we decided it was time to get home. We left the park and went back to the hotel reflecting on a good day. I was happy with the extremely exhausting day. We discussed that tomorrow we wouldn't go back to Worlds of Fun, but perhaps do something else. That's when we decided to head to Six Flags St Louis.

Re: Missouri Trip- Day 2: SDC & WoF

I really enjoy reading your reports. I am a massive fan of GCI too, i rode Troy about a week ago and i was amazed by how insanely relentless it was. I'd imagine prowler would be similar. Interesting that you thought Patriot was intense as most people say it isn't.

Re: Missouri Trip- Day 2: SDC & WoF

^ well, not Batman intense or anything but more intense than the Dueling Dragons roller coaster.

Re: Missouri Trip- Day 2: SDC & WoF

If you think Boomerang is being a Cred Whore, you are in for a long, dark fall my brother. Just wait until you are justifying Wacky Worms.

Re: Missouri Trip- Day 2: SDC & WoF

Great report so far. Looking forward to reading about Six Flags!

Re: Missouri Trip- Day 2: SDC & WoF

Missouri Trip- Day 3: SFSL

The day started later than usual. I woke up at 8:00 and went downstairs for breakfast. The hotel certainly didn't open with the breakfast buffet because it was in a tight, cramped room with only 3 tables and so many people. I got in line and got some eggs and a muffin. I sat in the lobby and ate my food. I went back to the room and asked my dad when we would head out. He said at 9:00. We soon hit the road. One 5 hour car ride later, we saw our hotel and went to the Comfort Inn in Pacific, MO. We checked in and got some good priced tickets ($20 off each) at the front desk. We put our bags in the room and hopped in the car. We went ahead to the park. I must mention that I've been to Six Flags St Louis before and ridden most of the coasters except 3: Mr Freeze, Batman, and Boomerang. We got to the park. We parked in a very busy parking lot. Everyone in the parking lot had a swimsuit. We went to the entrance and got in. The park seemed pretty empty for the amount of cars in the lot. I realized everyone was at Hurricane Harbor because of the 100 degree weather. I was happy because the waits would probably be low. I took left towards Mr Freeze and hopped onto American Thunder. It was even better than I remembered.

American Thunder- I blazed through the queue right to the station. I saw that the back was empty and got on there. The ride started like all GCIs tend to with a little turn into the lift. After the lift, there was a swooping drop (airtime of course), a turn around, and, then, just GCI insanity. While not Prowler or Thunderhead insane, it was pretty crazy. It is just a mix of airtime and twists. My favorite part was the small hills before the brake run, just crazy. While not as good as Prowler and barely edged out by Thunderhead, it is still a fantastic GCI. 9.5/10

After two rides on American Thunder, I looked over at Scooby Doo and saw a long wait. I decided to skip for now. I went into the Mr Freeze queue. I noticed it winded around a bit too much and got just ridiculous, especially with the lack of wait. I finally saw the building and noticed a sign with "WANTED: Victor Fries (not a typo)" and saw a picture Old Arnie. It reminded me of the atrocious Batman & Robin. I quickly forgot when I got the well maintenanced station. It had one train always waiting to launch on the side and the other on course. I went for the back (or front?) and got on board for our backwards adventure.

Mr Freeze- Like the ride, I'll give no build up. It launched surprisingly weakly but very quickly. It started with a scary top hat that hung you with only a lap bar. Then came the over banked turn which was similiar to the top hat but not completely inverted. Afterwards came the best part of the ride, the spike. It is like going up a boomerang to the maximum degree. It hangs at the top and let's you take it all in and lets go. Afterwards is the same ride forwards and the brakes. I prefer the 2nd part forwards for some reason I can't out my finger on. Overall, the ride is a bit short and pretty disappointing. I liked it but, yeah, it seems over before it starts. 8/10

After Mr Freeze, I walked back and was hoping to ride something. I decided to walk to Batman before heading to the back of the park. I went down towards the entrance and turned to the entrance to Batman. Batman was another ride with an irritating winding queue but this one was better than Freeze because you had things to enjoy and look at. I walked into the sewer/tunnel/indoor section and was hotter inside. They had cut off the AC in the 100 degree weather. Miserable. The theming was classic Six Flags theming. Dark room & light equals station! I saw a small group at the front row and hoped on.

Batman: The Ride- The ride is just a Batman, Intensity galore. I personally prefer Patriot to the Batman rides becuase I prefer a more drawn out layout and something I can't find everywhere. It doesn't make Batman any worse though because the ride is still very good. Quick and intense, sometimes that is all you need. 9/10

No one was in line so I hoped in back and I rode it all by myself in the back. I prefer back because of more intensity and quickness. I also just love how it just whips you right through those inversions. After Batman, I saw the worst roller coaster I've ever ridden, The Ninja! I hate this ride. It is so rough, when I got off my ears were cherry red. So, with the Cred already, I moved on. I wasn't going to give myself through that torture. I moved on towards the back of the park and saw Tony Hawk (it will always be Tony Hawk). It had a full queue. At least 30 minutes, with the cred already, I skipped it. I rode Spinning Dragns yesterday so, no desire to wait that long. Right beside Tony Hawk, was The Boss. I decided to ride, even with the Cred, to put it where it should go in my top list. After a mile walk over The go-karts that never, never, ever ended. I miraculously got to the station and got a rough but fun ride.

Boss- I heard some good and bad reviews but all have said The Boss is rough. So, I didn't know if I would like it or not. The ride turned and went up the lift hill. The lift hill was very long and built anticipation. The ride then went down a very large drop and into a straight section. The straight section didn't make any sense but eh it was fine. A small airtime drop and up a hill to a turnaround camr after then came a specific pattern of drop, hill, and turnaround which was fun and had some decent airtime. The ending was what made the ride much better with lots of airtime and a great helix. I personally liked it, but I doubt I would ride it twice in a day because it does just destroy your body though. 8/10

After walking a mile back to the pathway, I headed towards the Screamin' Eagle, my favorite coaster in 2009. I was hoping it would still be good becuase I have loved it all these years. I got to the entrance and went through the surprisingly tight queue. Anyone with claustrophobia will not like waiting in the queue. I got onto the back seat, hoping I would still love it, and I still do.

Screamin' Eagle- I love this ride. I really love this ride. It has so much nostalgia value and is just great. I must say this is the best PTC I've ever ridden and one of my favorite woodies of all time. The ride is just a fun ride! It has a surprising amount of airtime and some beautiful views. I really enjoy the ride. It might be a personal thing but I just love it. 9/10

After leaving The Eagle, I passed Superman not wanting to ride it. I just don't have a desire. After passing Superman, I saw Boomerang with no line. Of course, I rode it. I was dreading it after Worlds of Fun's horrendous Boomerang but, like in Texas, it was one of the better Boomerangs.

Boomerang- it was a smooth, headbanging free boomerang. Not much else but it did look good. 7/10

After Boomerang, I went toward the Mine Train. I saw that there was no wait so, I hopped on.

River King Mine Train- I have always enjoyed this Mine Train a lot. The ride didn't hold up too well and is probably the worst Mine Train I've been on. It is the standard older Arrow Mine Train layout, first hill followed by small helix, then second hill followed by another helix, followed by the third hill and the "big drop". Very standard yet fun. 6/10

Afterwards, I met my dad at the train station. We asked how long until the train gets there. They said 20 minutes so I decided to ride a ride. I was thinking Superman or Water Street Co, but I decide to go to SkyScreamer.

SkyScreamer-This ride does what Windseeker didn't and actually scared you into thinking you might fall. Cedar Point's Windseeker certainly had a better view, but St Louis's is nice. The length between the other swing is larger than Windseeker and therefore scarier. So, I personally like Windseeker more but SkyScreamer is better. 6/10.

After I got off SkyScreamer, I saw the train in the station so I ran to be sure I got on board. I luckily did and hopped on board with my dad. The train was pretty bleh.

Train- a themeless, boring, and viewless train, but it gets you from Point A to Point B. 3/10

After the train, my dad and I decided to ride Scooby Doo after liking Flooded Mine so much. As we went to Scooby Doo, we saw American Thunder. I decided to hop on and got 2 back seat re-rides. After riding, we saw the log flume without a wait. In the blazing heat, we thought a nice splash might help.

Log Flume- I remember really liking this flume. It was and is my favorite non Disney-esque log flume. It has a nice layout through the trees and a fun drop. There was also that little downhill slope while going through the trees that gives a little bit of speed but definitely doesn't let up until the second lift hill. I loved it. I rode it again, and someone paid to splash us so we got soaked. 8/10

After the Flume, we went towards Scooby Doo to get a ride. The queue was barely out of the building and didn't look too bad. We got into another winding, long, empty, outside queue with little to look at. We went into the glorious AC building. When we went in, we found that it was only a small building and most of it was outside. It was also very slow moving. 20 minutes later, we were on the ride.

Scooby Doo- a very fun shooting ride. One of the best shooting rides I've ridden. It is lots of fun and the aim of the guns is easier than Flooded Mine. I also love the effects the targets have like when you one target water shoots out on you. It is certainly lots of fun and one you should ride in the park. I prefer this to Flooded Mine. 8/10

After Scooby Doo, my dad got a drink at a stall and told me to go ahead and ride American Thunder then meet at Macho Nacho's. So I got a front seat ride on American Thunder and a back seat one, the back seat is still better, but front seat is great. I went to Macho Nacho and met with my dad. We both ordered burritos and ate them. My dad said I could ride a bit more, so I headed back to American Thunder. I got 4 more back seat rides getting to 10 rides on American Thunder making this the most rides on a coaster I've had on the trip followed by 7 on Wildfire. After the 10th ride, everyone from the waterpark came out and suddenly the park was unbelievably packed, and lines were everywhere. So my dad and I decided to go ahead and go back to the hotel. On the ride back, I reviewed the trip as a whole and decided this is certainly the best trip I've been on. I will review the trip in more detail overall on my next report along with a small side report on St Louis downtown and a Cardinals game.

I liked screaming eagle too, just didn't think it would literally scream. Were the brakes screeching on you're ride?

Also a well down trip report.
