Metalhead's Dev. Topic NEW PICTURES UP!!

Mega Poster
So since I've got a little more time to work on NL coasters I decided to redo my dev topic. These aren't going to be the greatest rides on the site, but I'm counting on you guys to help critique them as they progress.

My first ride is Ricochet. It is a tightly twisted wood coaster designed to fit in almost every park. I will be using auto supports for this ride due to the fact that I have no time to create every single support by hand

the tunnel isn't final, just didn't feel like removing it yet :--D

More pics and statistics coming soon!!

Re: Metalhead's New (Hopefully Improved) Dev. Topic

Can you post a pic with the supports? I kind of want to see what it would look like with them...also force results would be greatly appreciated...

Re: Metalhead's Dev. Topic

pics with supports are coming soon I want to finalize the track-work before adding supports, i dont know exactly what you mean by force results, I'll post the statistics in my next update, like all of my rides, there are no yellow or red peaks on this ride

[Edit] Ok so I have some new pics for you guys to look at!!!

Here's the whole thing with supports

The next three are of potential support problems, any advice as to supporting would be great thank you!!

I think the first supports picture isn't too problematic but the other two have major issues. I'm guessing you just used the in-game supports designer?

I like the layout. It has a very Fred Church feel to it. I'd paint it white though. It'll look classy.

^Agreed. :)

After you've had some coaching from Xpress , I'm interested to see this finished.

What's with the  ? Don't trust my support judgement? :P

BTW, I say MSN me because it's a lot easier to explain through live chat than it is by posting on forums.

^Ha, it's not that I don't trust your support judgement, but if you think you're that good write us a guide. We need to update the CF games section! :D

It would be a relatively LONG guide if I were to include everything... might take a while to write. Wooden supports are just so challenging to do, and even more difficult to explain.

wow!! I abandoned this ride a while ago due to lack of interest on the site, but now that everyone's replying I will take a second shot at finishing it!! I don't really have time for Wood Supports 101 but I just need some advice to fix the problem spots. Also the station is being a pain to construct, so I will have to take a second shot at that too!

^Wooden rides take lots of time and patience, so if you want it to look even semi-proper, or even just look acceptable, it's going to take time.
