Longest time a coaster has been SBNO

According to RCDB there are 199 Standing But Not Operating (SBNO) coasters.

I CBA to go through them one-by-one, so I'm wondering if anybody knows off the top of their head which coaster has been SBNO for the longest?
 
I'll also add a second question to this, in case anyone knows.

What's the longest a coaster has been SBNO and then operated (and is still operating) again?
 
Hmm, lets move this to General Discussions and have a general discussion about SBNO coasters.

And there's that park in South America with all them Intamins that have SBNO since like the 80's I think?

That list also includes coasters that have been removed, as well as some that are actually operating. I'm guessing that the search just lists any coaster that has been SBNO at some point, so the actual number will be quite a lot lower than 199.
