Which ride is harmed most by it's park location? Some rides never feel right, or achieve their true potential, due to a horrendous lack of forethought. So I ask you this - name the worst culprits, and while i suspect the destination might be 'the scrapyard' for a lot of your faves, but spare them a thought; where (or even in which park) would you relocate them, to give them a new lease of life...

Scream! at Magic Mountain immediately springs to mind. Give that thing something more than a car park, put a theme on it, or at least grass underneath it!

I thought this topic was going to be about the tv programme with their list of 'worst places to live' again  .

Jubilee Odyssey and Milennium Coaster at Fantasy Island really need a better location to make use of their full potential. Having a market/car park underneath the rides isn't exactly glamorious. They really need to be located somewhere else surrounded by greenery and other types of landscaping.

Dominator at Geauga Lake was an awesome coaster, but the fact that Geauga is in the vicinity of Cedar Point and simply didn't get the attendance figures, it wasn't given the recognition it deserved, and then sadly it was moved far away from me when the park shut down :P .

the location of both rita and spinball at AT wasn't exactly masterful - Spinball rathert spoiuls the garden view, and I still don't know what a race car themed coaster was doing in ugland!

Everything at Hard Rock.

Agreed.

And also S:UF at SFGAdv, isn't it dumped on a car park?

And Superman: Atracción de Acero at Warner in Madrid. It's a really good-looking coaster (shame it doesn't ride as well) but it's dumped on a desert and qutie hidden from the rest of the park. In fact when the park opened you could only see the huge lift hill and nothing else because the rest of the layout was so apart.
