"Legoland Discovery Centre", Worth Visiting?

The Legoland Discovery Centre in Manchester(http://www.legolanddiscoverycentre.co.uk/manchester/en/index.htm) has recently (as far as I know) opened and I was wondering if any of you had been and if you'd consider it worth a visit? It's not a theme park but it's pretty close, with a few rides and shows. Any info?

It has a Lego Alton Towers and Oblivion...

Aside from that, I have no idea, my friend who's been there said it was rather meh but I dunno...

I am tempted to make a visit just because I have my annual pass and it is the closest thing for me when I am at home. It should get a lot of passing traffic just because of it being in the Trafford centre.
