legoland and merlin annual pass

does the following link refer to annual passes when it says basic pass and if so this means i cannot use my annual pass during august.

Ian is quite right. Legoland have three versions of their own annual pass. A basic pass, a full pass and a lifelong pass. The basic pass can't be used on peak days, but is cheaper.
