Hersheypark Fast Track Pass

Like Cedar Fair parks, Hersheypark is also starting a Fast Track Pass this year & All-American Thrills has posted the details, so I thought I would post it here for anyone interested.
Personally I'm not a fan of paying $50 for a fast pass & then having to sit in the mediocre middle seats, especially if the pass is only good once for each ride & not even valid for Skyrush or Fahrenheit.
Here is how the Hersheypark "Fast Track Pass" is going to work.

Location to purchase- Hospitality Services, which is in Rhineland section of Hersheypark(right inside the gate)

Cost- $35.00 for Springtime in the Park and Hersheypark in the Dark, $50.00 during the summer.

How do you use it? Each Fast Track Pass has all the available rides on it, and a time. You may go anytime after that time, you can not go before. You must go through the exit ramp, show the ride operator your Fast Track Pass, and they will seat you in one of the 4 seats saved on each train. If there are no Fast Track Pass guests, the ride operator will fill the seats up with normal guests. You may only go to each included ride once.

What rides does Fast Track include? Fast Track Passes include all the coasters, excluding Skyrush and Fahrenheit.

Mainly because of crowds (most likely) and the station design itself. These were the main reasons the project 2012 group came up with as to why skyrush isnt on there.

Give it a couple seasons though, it will appear on there.

I didn't read the link, only the quoted part, is it only the middle seats? Surely it makes more sense to cone off the back seats so they can get nice spread of people throughout the station instead?

Also, you'll probably find that Skyrush & Fahrenheit will have it's their own separate, dedicated fast past tickets just so they can fleece an extra few bucks from you. Merlin used to do that in the UK; leave the "star" coasters from the general fast pass. Shrewd!

It doesn't say that it's the middle seats in the article, but I know from experience that the front & back seats are never reserved for fast pass use. The parks always leave those for the guests that have to wait in the queue to ride. I've had to wait through some pretty long queues to film my POVs even though I had purchased a fast pass/Qbot, because they wouldn't let me sit in the front from the fast pass entrance.
Many parks that I've visited do this & there's never really a problem with the "spread of people throughout the station". In fact I often take advantage of those seats by queuing up in the gates just to the left or right of those seats & then being able to get on a train or two sooner if no one is in the fast pass queue.
