Grated or Sliced.

How does one like there Cheese on their toast.

It's been ages since we had this topic and people's oppinions may have changed since then.

This is grated cheese

This is sliced cheese

This is the really crappy stuff that goes rank when you toast it.

Those cheese slices that come in those plastic wrappings are awesome.
Urm I don't usually have cheese on toast but if I do it depends on what kind we have at the time. It also depends whether I'm going to just put the cheese on the toast or put the cheese on the bread and put it one of those toasty maker things.

But I'll got for grated anyway.

Grated - Jacket Potato, Pizza, Pasta, Beans

Sliced - Cheese on Toast, Sandwiches, Crackers

Plastic Cheese - Burgers

Unless it's mozzarella on a pizza.

But otherwise I don't like cheese.

Thats my breakfast every morning sliced cheese on toast, I could never have it any other way .

Sliced.... it provides a more even amount of cheese over the bread. Grated tends to have a huge clump of cheese over the middle and less round the edges. (Although that's because I grate it into the middle of the bread.)

Sliced as it gives even spread of melted cheese, while grated gives a lumpy texture.
