Ghost Galaxy for Disneyland's Space Mountain

Space Mountain at Disneyland, California, is getting the Ghost Galaxy refurb this Halloween.

I don't know how many of us here will get a chance to try it, but if you can, DO IT! I was lucky enough to ride it in Hong Kong, and it's fantastic. Assuming it will be the same, the effects are excellent, and the soundtrack is brilliant, too.

Oo, sounds interesting, and I'm bummed I won't get a chance to ride it! I always like seeing parks put in good effort for Halloween though, as it's one of my favourite holidays.

I hope the Magic Kingdom, at Disney World get this.

^ Possibly, but it would have to be completely redone. The ride layouts in Hong Kong and California and the same (I'm pretty sure), so they can copy the Hong Kong version exactly. Magic Kingdom has a totally different coaster.

Plus Orlando Space Mountain is shut at the moment anyway.

I can not remember the date it reopens but its getting track work done and I think a re theme but can not remember all the facts.

I love the fact Disney do things like this for events.

If I'm not mistaken the one at the Magic Kingdom won't even be reopened until November so my guess is a no.

I would bet this is going to be amazing! The ride already was without the ghosts it probably just ups it even more! Wish I could be there to go.
