About 11'o'clock I was bored so I asked my nephew Brandon if he fancied a quick trip to Flamingo Land. He's 8 years old of course he did!
Upon arrival we had a quick sandwich and off we went.
Chair swings were first on the agenda, they're right in main entrance plaza so it would be rude not to.
We finished that amazing thrilling experience and my nephew overheard the Postman Pat show and wanted to check it out.
Apparently, Jess the cat had to go the vets and stay overnight so Jess the cat hid his 'overnight' things like his blanket, bowl and toys e.t.c in the Post Offices sorting machine. Of course the wool got tangled inside and all sorts of mayhem followed.
Here is Pat and his mate who's name escapes me, trying to figure out what the hell is going on?
Even my 8 year old nephew decided this crack was **** so we went to see if there was a sneaky soft opening on Mumbo Jumbo! There wasn't :-(
It does look impressive though!
There was another tribal dude to the right of that rock as well....
In case you hadn't guessed we were on the cable cars right now, my nephew had never been on them so he insisted we did. I didn't mind, get some good geek shots from the sky! He loved it as you can clearly see...
Despite us being in the overflow carpark the park itself was dead as doornails
Oh HAI SKAI FLAIER! How rude, honestly.
The sealions were enjoying a bit of peace and quiet
Despite it being pretty cloudy, it was bloody hot, so we (stupidly) agreed on doing River Ride and Splash Battle, this is my nephew after the River Ride
As with any kid, despite the amount of rides and free entertainment he HAD to spend money, whilst in the arcades I noticed a 'prize' which I was surprised a family theme park would have on offer!
The postman pat storyline is starting to make a little sense now...
On the way home we hit a couple of floods, this **** Rover was stuck so what better way to embarass him more than taking some photos of him HAR HAR HAR
FINITO.
