I'd love to have the experience to be able to take on the Project Director role, but I understand what a huge job it is, and how woefully lacking I am in experience and ability to take on such a huge job. That one is the "dream job" though. It's the job of Roller Coaster Tycoon and I was pretty shocked nobody commented on this to be honest.
Surely there are people here who think they can handle this?
What shocked me was the wages, they are well paid job for a park that has not yet even reopened.
I think its a good job for someone who could do it (not me), but I would be worried about the long term tbh. I really want this park to work, but I just think in 3 years time it will not thats my problem.
I can project manage, in fact that is something I am very good at. I am also good at planning work etc. But once the park is open what would be the next project? thats the thing.
Parks removed the older rides to make way for new ones so that means people were probably not interested in them.
I still think they need to get one or 2 new rides, but thats not what the park is about.
I have bad feelings, I do hope I am very wrong.
