I've probably seen them all, but so many of them so long ago I just can't remember them properly. Also, a lot were when I was young, so I probably didn't have a great deal of idea when it came to if it was actually "good" or not.
Always enjoyed them though until Brosnan... Actually, License to Kill was abysmal, but The Living Daylights I really enjoyed (Blackpool, 6:30 p.m. showing).
Live and Let Die and The Spy Who Loved Me are my favourite Moore films. Live and Let Die has a darker edge that Moore jars with, but it's still a great film. The Spy Who Loved me is all about the Lotus Esprit
For Your Eyes Only was the first one I saw at the cinema and I remember being disappointed about the Lotus blowing up, but enjoyed the 2CV chase. The rest of the film was really bland though and I can't remember anything more about it.
Octopussy was nothingy and View to a Kill was utter pants. I love Grace Jones, but she was dreadful, and the obvious cable dragging the car into the water is one of the lowlights of anything Bond.
All the Connery films merge into one for me, they're the ones I've seen least since I was young, but I remember enjoying them all a lot. Nothing negative ever stood out for me on his films. I think they're the most iconic of the series - must watch them all again.
GoldenEye I couldn't even tell you if I've seen it. Possibly, I just really can't remember.
Tomorrow Never Dies I saw on the TV from about halfway through and realised it's a dreadful film so never watched it all. It's so badly put together it's shameful. I actually, physically couldn't watch it.
The World is Not Enough I saw at the cinema (Tamworth, 7:30) and enjoyed, but on a rewatch, it wasn't great. It's one of those poor to middling Bond films.
Die Another Day is just abysmal. I know I've seen it, but I couldn't tell you where or when, I've just tried to blot it from my mind.
Casino Royale I saw in Stafford cinema (8:05) and I did enjoy it, but subsequent viewing has left me cold to the film. It's just not a very interesting film to watch multiple times. It's okay, and I like Craig as Bond, but it's just nothing special either. I guess it could have been any other thriller, it just wasn't "Bond" enough (unlike the Brosnan stuff which had gone too far the other way).
Quantum of Solace was dull. It was just a really bland film. There's nothing stand out about the film at all (it's all perfectly 'adequate'). It just went from place to place, scene to scene with no real direction or character depth or tension or anything. You just didn't care anything about anyone on that screen at any point. Title track was the best Bond Theme ever though [/got to love Jack White]
Skyfall I'm determined to see at the cinema if my back lets up enough
So in conclusion, I really enjoy watching Live and Let Die and The Spy Who Loved me for their "cheesy Bondness with iconic moments", but it's got to be one of the Connery films that is my favourite. I think Dr No is actually a cracking film from what I remember and the others (Goldfinger particularly) really set up what Bond is and did it well. I'll have to watch them and give an actual film
