Disney's Hollywood Studios vs Universal Studios Florida

The two studios parks in Orlando.
Let's say that you have one single day in the Orlando area, and your only option is to do one of the Studios parks. If you choose Universal, you cannot visit Islands of Adventure, or if you choose DHS, you cannot visit any of the other Disney parks.

Which park is superior, has better rides, worth your money, etc? Which is the better park?

There's more to do at Universal, much better set up for the crowds, much better handling of queues, much easier park to navigate.

But Star Wars.

It's a close race. Hollywood Studios is a more appealing park, with Rise, Tower of Terror, and Mickey. Universal has Mummy, Gringotts, and MIB. Hollywood Studios has better dining, and also has better variety in it's rides. Universal Studios Florida is very repetitive in it's ride lineup. A large majority of it's rides are screen-based. I'm going with Hollywood Studios.
